Most recruiters will not give the time of day to someone whom they cannot immediately present to a client and place in a position. That’s not me. My goal is not only to help place people I meet with, but also personally assist them with their job search and networking in every possible way.
The roles I place
I specialize in finance and accounting: controllers and assistant controllers, CFOs and VPs of Finance, accounting managers, senior and staff accountants, cost accountants, and FP&A and financial analysts. I also fill some other professional office roles for the same companies.
Where the jobs are
Most of my clients are small and midsize companies in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois: manufacturers, insurers, healthcare organizations, distributors, construction and building products companies, professional services firms, and more. Many of these roles are never posted publicly.
