How I work
I take on a limited number of searches so I can learn your business, your team, and what a good hire actually looks like for the role in front of you. Whether that’s one search this year or five, the approach is the same: understand the position, then go find the best available people for it — including the ones who aren’t looking at job boards.
Most of the best candidates aren’t applying anywhere. Reaching them takes proactive networking, and that’s where I spend my time.
